Our Online Policy:
Junction Guitars offers a 7 day return window from when your order received. A minimum 25% restocking charge will apply for returns on online purchases only.
Shipping incurred both ways will be paid for from your refund.

Our online return policy does not apply to any in store pickups or purchases because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. Any in store pickups or purchases as such will apply to our 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit. For Warranty issues please bring to your nearest Authorized Service Center.
